What is the difference between Paystation link and Online Invoice link?

If you wish to generate a fixed amount invoice link with an optional customer data profile, Online Invoice link will be the suitable feature for you. Meanwhile, Paystation link offers a quick and flexible online payment interface that your customer can input custom payment amounts themselves and pay you with flexibility.

What is the difference between voiding payments, voiding invoices and refunding payment?

The differences between them are:

  1. Voiding payments is an act of canceling a pre-batched payment, meaning the payment is still made on the current calendar date; and has not yet been batched in a settlement after day-end.
  2. Voiding invoices is canceling a sales invoice that has no valid payments, this does not include invoices with refunded payments.
  3. Refunding payments is to return a payment that's previously settled, and batch during the day-end operation of the gateway.
How is Merchant Account different from a Current Account?

Merchant Account will only hold all transactions that are not yet processed and settled after day-end, all of these settlement batches will be dispatched to Wonder Current Account. If you’re choosing our auto disbursement service, then all the funds from Current Account will be settled to your own external bank account.

How do I change the app language?

If you are not yet login into the account, the language switch will be placed on the top right of the screen. If you are already logged into your account, please:

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on the top right round icon
  2. Under Account Settings, click on “Language”
  3. Choose your preferred language
How can I log into my account?

You can log into your account with your face or fingerprint recognition on your device. Or you can choose to log in with a password. Biometric authentication is an extra step for your account security.

What documents do I need to register my business on Wonder?

Simply fill in your business information, including your company’s name and business volume details. Our system will verify your business account with an automatic underscoring system. We may request more documentation in some circumstances to ensure security.

How should I get started?

Download Wonder application down on your mobile devices to get started. Wonder is available on both IOS and Android devices. First, you need to sign up for a Wonder user account. Then, go through the merchant onboarding process to sign up for your business.
