Deactivating your Wonder account is a permanent and irreversible actions. If you are uncertain of the purpose of this feature, you are advised to get more information from our support before proceeding. If one or more of the below conditions are met, you are unable to proceed with termination unless/until they are updated: This personal account balance is not yet back to 0.00.This personal account still has incoming/outgoing fund being processed.The auto-disbursement setting is still being enabled in your account settings. Please make sure to disable this setting before terminating the account.There are still pending payout(s) being processed in your personal account.There are still processing transaction through Wonder Payment Gateway for this business account.You are currently identified as a Director/UBO of active business account(s) in Wonder system.

Besides, We also offer the selection to configure webhook destination and IP address to secure your authenticate requests. Only the role with Organization Admin/Director/IT Admin can generate OpenAPI Credentials on prod environment(APP ID & webhook destination & IP address). Only when one APP ID enabled, can generate webhook destination and IP address, and every business can only have one webhook destination, if you want to set new webhook destination, you have to delete the original webhook destination first.
