How to View Payment Gateway & Export Settlement Report

How to view your Merchant Account

1. On the home page, open Merchant Account. Today’s transactions are under Current Batch. If there are none yet, the app shows No processing data of today, yet. Tap View All to open Current Batch.

Below that, settled batches are grouped by date. Each batch shows {n} transactions and Closed on {time}.

3. Tap a settled batch to open Settlement Details.

For reports older than 365 days, the app shows For the reports dated over 365 days, please query on analytics and Go to Analytics.

How to export a settlement report

1. On Settlement Details, tap the share icon.

2. The screen title is Export Report.

Report Type is Merchant Services Statement.

Open Report Format and choose Excel or PDF.

3. Tap Generate & Preview.

For PDF, the preview title is Merchant Services Statement. Tap the share icon on that screen to share or save the file.

For Excel, the button shows Generating report…, then the file opens.
