How to order Wonder Physical Card via the Wonder app

To order a physical card, you will need to have an active virtual card with Wonder. If you haven’t created the virtual card yet, please check this guide on creating and activating your virtual card in Wonder App - How to Activate your Virtual Card. Please note that only the Executive Card/Personal Card is applicable when ordering a physical card. For enterprise accounts, Expense Card is only available for virtual cards.

How to Order Physical Card

1 - Once the Virtual Card has been activated, go to your account in the Wonder App and select the Card module.

2 - For Enterprise Account, if you are a Card Admin, and your account has multiple different Executive Cards. To choose to order a physical card for a specific Executive Card, click on "Card Library".

2A - After entering Card Library, search for the card by using card information (Card Name, Card Owner, PAN No).

3 - Once you have selected your card, click on the “Get Physical Card” button. The button should appear directly on your virtual card page. This button will be displayed if you have never placed a physical card order for this card before.

5- Click on the “Next” button

6- Choose a Premium Card or a Standard Card

6 - Customize your card - Choose whether to display your company name on your Wonder Physical Card. This step is only applicable for Enterprises Accounts

7 - Fill in the receiver information and delivery address.

8 - Enter your promotion code if you have one. Once you have confirmed all the related information, you can proceed to checkout.

9 - Choose your payment method and click "Confirm" to complete your order.

10 - After your order is successfully placed, you can click the "Check Delivery Progress" button.

12 - Once the Physical Card has been shipped, you will receive it within 7-14 working days.

Enterprise Account - Permissions related to Card Ordering flow for different Associates’ Roles

Before reading this, if you want to understand more about roles and permission for a Wonder Enterprise Account, click here. Depending on your and your associates' roles, there will be different accessibilities to Wonder Card module:

Director role (Card Admin) is able to:

  • Order the physical Wonder Card for themselves, or to other associates.
  • View and edit/lock/terminate all cards of the Business Account.

Organization Admin (Card Admin) role is able to:

  • Order the physical Wonder Card for themselves, or to other associates.
  • View and edit/lock/terminate all cards of the Business Account.

Financial Manager role is able to:

  • View and use the card that is specifically assigned to them.
  • Unable to see other cards that are not assigned to them.
  • Unable to order physical cards by themselves. If the associate with this role would like to have a physical card, please contact the Organization Admin.
  • Once the Card Admin has placed the physical card order for this associate, the associate can track the delivery progress themselves.
  • Able to report for Card-not-received flow.
  • Able to place a new card for Card-lost/compromised flow.
  • Able to place a new card for Replacement-needed flow.
  • Able to lock the card directly themselves.
  • Unable to edit/terminate the card directly themselves.

Sales Manager role is able to:

  • View and use the card that is specifically assigned to them.
  • Unable to see other cards that are not assigned to them.
  • Unable to order physical cards by themselves. If the associate with this role would like to have a physical card, please contact the Organization Admin.
  • Once the Card Admin has placed the physical card order for this associate, the associate can track the delivery progress themselves.
  • Able to report for Card-not-received flow.
  • Able to place a new card for Card-lost/compromised flow.
  • Able to place a new card for Replacement-needed flow.
  • Able to lock the card directly themselves.

How to Activate Wonder Physical Card

1 - Once you have received your physical card, go to the Card module. Under the Card Delivery Progress section, click on "View More".

2 - Click the “Activate My Card” button.

3 - Review and confirm the card information and click the "Activate My Card" button.

4 - Click the “Start” button to start verifying your identity.

5 - Take a selfie to complete Face ID verification.

6 - Enter the Activation Code to verify your card. After successful Face ID verification, enter the 13-digit activation code found in your card package. For inquiry, please contact support@wonder.app.

7 - Once Activation Code has been input correctly, click "Setup Card PIN" to create a PIN for your physical card.

8 - Once the Card PIN has been successfully set up, click on “Done”. You can use this PIN for ATM withdrawals etc.

How to reset PIN

1 - Go to the Card module and click the “Profile” button.

2 - In Card Profile page, scroll down to [Forgot your PIN?] section, and click the “Change PIN” button to reset your PIN.

How to Report to Wonder Customer Support When You Have Not Received Your New Physical Card

Generally, your new physical card order will take 7-14 working days to get delivered to you. If after the general time range and you have not received your physical card, you can report this to our Wonder Customer Support.

1 - Go to the Card module and click the “View More” button in [Card Delivery Progress] section.

2 - If you haven't received your physical card after 14 working days, click the "Click Here" button to contact the Wonder Customer Support team.

3 - After reviewing the Card and Contact information, you can enter comments and click the “Submit” button to send your message to the Wonder Customer Support team. Our team will reach out to you to confirm and help with the next step. For any inquiry, contact support@wonder.app.

How to Get a New Physical Card Replacement

If your physical card is lost or compromised, please immediately lock your card. Then you can proceed to place a new physical card order on our app. Any doubts or inquiries, please contact support@wonder.app

1 - Go to the Card module and click the “Profile” button.

2 - On Card Profile page, scroll down to [Lost your Card] section, and click the “Get New Card” button to replace your Card.

3 - Select either "Lost or compromised" or "Replacement Needed," then click the "Next" button to begin ordering a new physical card.

  • [Lost or compromised] - If your physical card is lost or compromised. Immediately lock your existing card, and place a new card order on Wonder app, and choose “Lost or Compromise” option. Your existing virtual card and physical card will be terminated immediately and replaced with new virtual and physical card. This new card will have completely new card details (PAN, CVC, and EXPIRY DATE). Once you receive the new physical card, you can activate it by following the card activation steps. After successfully activating the new physical card, you can start using it.
  • [Replacement Needed] - When your existing physical card needs replacement, choose “Replacement Needed” option during the ordering flow. Your existing virtual card record will be active with the same card PAN, but the card details such as CVC/EXPIRY DATE will be updated. Your existing physical card will be terminated and replaced by the new physical card. Once you receive the new physical card, you can activate it by following the card activation steps. After successfully activating the new physical card, you can start using it.
