Set up your PAX Machine

In order to use Wonder POS, you will need to connect your terminal device to Wi-Fi, and check essential permissions settings.

Make sure Wonder app is installed

1. Turn on the device by pressing the power button at the top.

2. When device is turned on, please check whether the Wonder App has been downloaded.

3. If the application has been installed, you will see the app icon appear on the device’s homepage screen.

If Wonder app is not installed yet

1. If Wonder has not been installed, you can go to App Library from device’s homepage screen to download it.

2. Check to see if there’s Wonder App file pending to be installed. Wait for Wonder app file to be 100% downloaded, then reboot the device.

3. Once the device reboots, you should see the Wonder App appear on the home screen.

4. If you can’t find any Wonder App in the App Library or home screen, please contact wonder@support.app.

PAX Device Settings

1. Click on [Settings].

2. Enter the password. The password is provided in the Welcome Email sent to your business admin.

Connect to Wi-Fi

1. Click on [WLAN] to connect and search for a desired network.

2. Enter password if necessary.

3. Wi-Fi should be connected successfully.

Check Permissions

1. Once you enter the settings, scroll down and click on [Apps].

2. Click on [Wonder mPOS]. Then click on [Permissions].

3. Here you will be able to turn on and off the permissions, please make sure you turn on permissions such as “camera” and “storage”.

Change PAX Machine Password (Optional)

1. If you want to change the PAX Machine Setting password, scroll down to [Password].

2. Click on [Modify Password].

3. Input the original password, and then input your new password. Click on [OK].

4. Password will be changed successfully.

The network will be saved once the terminal device is connected to it. Please make sure your Wi-Fi quality is at a stable quality and speed to ensure the best performance for Wonder.
