Wonder offer sandbox environment for you to do testing before going live with your production account. The sandbox dashboard provides simulated functions that are similar to what you would see in your official production account. Kindly be noted that sandbox account is meant to be used for real operational activities.

To first start, you will need to onboard your business account via Wonder app, by referring to the link here. As soon as you submitted the application on Wonder app, regardless of the application status, you can start testing out Wonder API functions by following the steps below.
1- Go to your store in Wonder Dashboard (hq.wonder.app), then select the business account.
2- In the account space, you can see the entrance for sandbox mode on the top right corner.
3- Upon clicking the ‘Sandbox’ button, the Wonder system will initiate a one-click configuration of all necessary settings. Please note the configuration process may take up to 20 minutes. You can come back later to check, by clicking on the same button. If the system has generated the the sandbox account successfully, you will be able to enter the environment directly.
1- The production associate roles will be mirrored to the sandbox account when you first initiate the sandbox account. However, any subsequent changes of the associate roles in either production account or sandbox account will not be automatically synchronised to the other environment.

1- Please note default Wallet payments such as Alipay/Wechat Pay/UnionPay/FPS are setup in sandbox account with automated successful payment flow.
2- For testing of credit card transactions such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, Diners, please refer to the test card data here.
3- Please note Tokenization, Merchant-initiated Transactions and Recurring Payments are not enabled by default for testing. Contact support@wonder.app for more information.
