If you account has not enabled pre-authorization payment acceptance, please contact our support to check for the eligibility.
1- Once you are in the store, click on [Pre-Authorizaton].
2- Enter amount to hold and click [Next].
3- Tap / insert / swipe card.
A receipt will be printed automatically if this setting is enabled.
1- Click on [Transactions].
2- Click on a transaction you would like to view.
3- By clicking on the three dots, choose "Capture Payment".
4- Enter the amount you would like to capture the customer for this transaction
5- Confirm the final amount to proceed, please understand that you can only capture this transaction once
6- The transaction would update "Pre-auth Completed" as its payment type instead. You have now collected the payment. You can void/refund the transaction just as a sales payment.
