A Surcharge Fee is a fixed percentage that will be added to the total transaction amount so you can pass on your processing fees to your payers. It is important to ensure that this action complies with any applicable laws that pertain to your business. If you are unsure whether such laws apply, consult with your legal counsel.
Surcharge Fee feature will add an extra surcharge to the total submitted invoice amount. The amount of Surcharge Fee will be set by merchant as a percentage fee. For example, if merchant set the Surcharge Fee to be 2.5%, then every time an invoice is generated with an X amount, the total payment amount needs to be paid will be X + (2.5/100)*X
Surcharge Fee can only be set between %1 to %3.
1- Go to your store in Wonder App and click the Store Icon on the top left to view "Settings"
2- Go to "Business Center"
3- Go to "Online Payment Settings"
4- Enable the "Surcharge Fee" and click "Save"

2- You can view the Surcharge Fee in the details of invoice
3- Surcharge Fee will be shown as below when the customer opens the "Invoice Link"
1- Go to "Collect" and scroll down to select "View All" to see the "Pending Invoice"
2- Select the invoice to view details
3- You will be able to view Surcharge Fee in your invoice details
