How to View Payment Gateway Report in Analytics

In Wonder App you can view your Payment Gateway Report in Analytics. Here are the data you can view: Payment Gateway History:This is the report that displays the transactions that are being processed from Wonder Payment Gateway (online and offline payments). The report will display the total settlement amount vs the total processing amount. The logic of the date will be the business account’s operation dayend time.** Transactions History: This analytic section displays the breakdowns of processing transactions through Wonder Payment Gateway, this includes both settling transactions (such as Visa, Mastercard transactions etc.) and non-settling transactions (such as AMEX, Octopus transactions etc.) Settlements History**: This analytic section displays the historical settlements disbursed from Wonder Payment Gateway to your account.

1- Go to Analytics of your Store:

2- You Can Pick a Custom Date to See the Details:

3- In Payment Gateway History, click [>] icon to view Transactions History and Settlement History.

Transactions History

Transactions Overview:This is a report that display all transactions that are processed through our gateway, either that transaction will be settled by us or not.

Transactions Breakdown by Transaction:This report shows the breakdown of the total transaction amount in terms of transaction type: Sales/ Void/ Refund/ Pre-auth/ Pre-auth Completed.

Transactions Breakdown by Payment Methods:This is the report total transaction breakdown based on different payment schemes. The payment schemes included here are all the payment schemes that are processed through the Wonder gateway, including non-settle methods.

Transactions Summary by Payment Methods:This is the pie chart showing the ratios of different payment schemes based on the total transaction amount.

Settlement History

Settlements Overview:This report displays the settlement amount made on a given calendar date.

Settlement Advice: This reports is a breakdown report of your current settlement data. Payment Advices shows the breakdown of different transaction types before fees, plus the total fees charged, and also any other adjustment fees included, in each of the settlement batch.
